Description

This is a fine set of full size 1911 grips made of CITES legal elephant ivory. This set is very light ivory color and is cut in the traditional Colt profile with a hand-checkered full coverage pattern. They will make an absolutely stunning addition to any fine full size 1911 pistol. Our decorated grip screws are also shown--sold separately. These grips have been relieved for an ambidextrous safety.

Our grips are made to exacting specifications with the best quality material available. The critical hole sizes, locations, counterbores, and clearance cuts are thoroughly checked on several frames. These grips fit perfectly on standard Colt, Wilson, Springfield Armory, Kimber, Caspian, etc. 1911 full size pistol frames and should fit any standard 1911 frame. They have been relieved for ambidextrous safeties; however, we can do this upon request. An ambi cut typically adds +/- 7 days to the shipping time depending upon when an order is placed. We set the mill up once a week to do ambi cuts.
